How to Redeem Zenless Zone Zero Codes

There are two methods for claiming your rewards:

1. Redeem In-Game

Make sure you’ve:

• Completed the prologue quest: Business x Strangeness x Justness
• Reached Inter-Knot Level 5

Then follow these steps:

1. Open the main menu
2. Tap on More
3. Select Redemption Code
4. Paste a working code
5. Tap Redeem
6. Open your in-game Mailbox to claim the reward

2. Redeem Online via Website

1. Visit the Official ZZZ Redemption Page
2. Log in using your HoYoverse account
3. Select your Server and verify your Character
4. Enter the code in the box
5. Hit Redeem
6. Check your in-game Mailbox for rewards

Note: The in-game mailbox is only available after completing the prologue and reaching Level 5.

How Often Are New Codes Released?

HoYoverse tends to release new codes:
