There are two main ways to redeem your codes:

- Go to Genshin’s Code Redemption Site.
- Log in with your HoYoverse account.
- Select your server and character nickname.
- Enter the redemption code and click Redeem.
- In-Game Settings
- Open the Paimon Menu.
- Go to Settings > Account > Redeem Code.
- Paste the code and confirm.
Requirement: You must be Adventure Rank 10 or higher to redeem codes.
